5Great Customer Service
By Brian R.
The first one purchased was used 4 or 5 times and developed a crack between the three feathering adjustment holes. I ended up breaking it in half the same run I noticed the crack (haven't used it for any real white water, calm rivers and lakes).
I contacted customer support, they were very helpful. I provided the details and filled out the RMA form. 2 weeks later I had a new paddle in the mail.
Haven't had any problems with the new one. Thanks!

5Panic Paddle
By Dorraine M. Rooney
This was bought as a spare paddle to carry with me...though I did have to put it together and try it out:)

It is light and works well...in the store I saw the same paddle for $150, glad for Amazon...they help make kayaking affordable

Great Product/ Great Price

If you want to see this in use- pictures and video will be available after february 2012 on sunshinepaddle.com

4Compact but not so comfortable
By Dante
I bought these paddles for light-use paddling with sea kayaks. While they are handy to travel with (they are extremely light and break down into four short pieces), they are not so comfortable to paddle with as they tend to turn in your palm. They could use some kind of grip to avoid this. They are also a bit short for sea kayaks, so we gave them to our children to use and they were happy with them although they preferred to use our other paddles with the rubber grips for the same reason we did.
