4Orange Boat
By Joseph Simpson
Inflatables have strengths and weaknesses compared to rigid hulled watercraft. A strength is that this can be fit into a large duffel bag and stowed in a trunk rather than requiring a rack. The only weakness of this boat would be the tendency to take on some water between the outer shell and the air chambers. This occurs by way of a nylon fabric seam that isn't water tight. The outer hull is a scuff resistant layer more than a water barrier. Draining isn't difficult but it may take a few days of air drying before long term storage.

4Easy storage and transportation
By J. Green
I would have preferred a hard kayak, but storing and transporting it to the beach would be a bigger pain than it's worth. And this inflatable kayak works excellently for our needs. The kids mostly use it and it only takes a few minutes to inflate it with a pump, and they don't mind a little work for the hours of fun they get out of it. We use it in the ocean but not for long distances or very far from the shore. Our friends have the same model and recommended it highly.

My only complaints would be that it doesn't come with it's own storage bag, which seems to be essential and would keep it safer and help prevent damage. Also, the internal air chambers in the side can twist a bit, but with a little work they can be straightened out before it's fully inflated. At a little over 36 lbs, it might be a bit heavy but still easier than trying to store and transport a hard kayak, so this is perfect for our family.

4Colorado is a great places to kayak.

This is a great deal. Not a pool toy at all. Class 3 will perform fine. Inflates in no time.I use the hand pump. Electric pump is a waste of time. Holds pressure all day! 2 people fit easy, with 2 large dry sacks. Deflates in seconds, and stores easy in the back of the SUV.
